EarthEnable Uganda is looking for an innovative, hands-on R&D Manager with a strong background in chemistry or chemical engineering to drive their research agenda in sustainable construction materials and eco-friendly coatings. This role requires both strategic leadership of large-scale research projects and the ability to design and run cutting-edge laboratory experiments on topics such as drying agents, catalysts, binders, paints, and other sustainable alternatives for construction materials.
