We exist for the purpose of empowering young people through digital literacy, STEAM and employment opportunities in order to reduce youth unemployment in East Africa.
Participant → Frontier Community→Workforce
Our goal is to establish the biggest functional digital workforce in Africa and reduce youth unemployment.
We offer haptic and holistic digital literacy education to empower young people from the age of 7 with the aim of building the biggest functional digital workforce in Africa.
Participants have the option of joining school holidays, weekends, and evenings programs.
The digital hub is where members find various opportunities like scholarships, jobs, and discounts. They use the rewards to pay for digital literacy education, and they can be part of a supportive community of mentors and industry experts.
We vet digitally skilled candidates to ensure they’re readily available to help solve technical problems. These are candidates who can develop, and fix software, carry out SEO strategies, write technical content, do user testing, and more. Matching you with one should take less than a week.
We’re committed to empowering young people in marginalised communities to contribute towards making this world a better place. Since 2018.
For every 2 digital talents matched, more than 4000 people in marginalised communities benefit from improved health care, education, work standards, climate, and renewable energy services.
Together with our past and present partners, we’re creating a positive social change. One young person at a time.
Our support transforms the trajectory of the careers of each participant.
