We exist for the purpose of empowering young people of marginalized communities through improving the quality of digital literacy education, digital skills development, and meaningful digital opportunities to bridge the digitatal divide, reduce youth unemployment and drive sustainability in East Africa.
Our goal is to establish the biggest functional digital workforce in Africa and reduce youth unemployment.
We offer inclusive digital literacy training and skills development programs to empower young people starting from the age of seven with the aim of building the biggest and most realiable digital workforce in Africa for both the local and global market.
Our training is good for young people in school holidays and professionals switching careers.
In the opportunity hub, participants can access life-changing growth opportunities ranging from being part of a growing supportive community to connecting with mentors to accessing scholarships, software discounts, tailormade learning paths, talent promotion, earning convertible points and much more.
We connect vetted candidates with our clients locally and globally to ensure reliability and project success. Our candidates are from East Africa and highly talented in various digital disciplines, including web development, UI/UX development, digital marketing, copywriting, technical writing, and SEO engineering, to mention but a few. The talent matching process takes less than a week, which is 89% faster than our competitors.
Since 2018.
For every 2 digital talents matched, more than 4000 people in marginalised communities benefit from improved health care, education, work standards, climate, and renewable energy services.
Together with our past and present partners, we’re creating a positive social change. One young person at a time.
Our support transforms the trajectory of lives one participant at a time.
