Avoid Job Application Rejections

Join the fellowship. Become job ready. Be connected to Jobs

Deadline: 8 March 2025

How It Works

Our 3-month fellowship supports young, emerging and outstanding software developers to come together and build for job readiness. As a result, they are equipped, which eases their entry into the digital economy and allows them to thrive.

Eligibility Criteria

We firmly believe that there are numerous talented young individuals who are navigating opportunities in the technology sector, and we are committed to providing support to as many of them as possible. Nevertheless, our resources are limited, and we are only able to select a small number of individuals who meet our selection criteria.

Attention

Despite the fellowship’s primary objective of providing participants with the requisite skills and resources to secure employment in both domestic and international markets. It is crucial to understand that this should not be construed as employment, nor does it provide any assurance of employment during or after the fellowship.

Our Promise

Fellows who complete the cohort will join our premium talent pool, which is a network of developers in East Africa, and be supported to find jobs both locally and globally at no cost to the participant.

Refugees and forcibly displaced persons in Uganda are encouraged to apply
